Since May 25th, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) require me, Roxanna Linh-McCormack, to inform you, as my current or potential therapy client, about how I process and keep safe any data that relates to you. I must also obtain your explicit consent for holding and processing your data in certain ways and clearly explain my reasons for collecting any data about you.entiality and privacy very seriously. I collect and process personal data of people attending counselling in order to carry out certain professional and legal requirements and obligations.  

During our initial appointment, I will provide you with a Privacy Notice that outlines my commitment to being transparent regarding how I collect and utilise your personal information, what type of data I collect, and why I need to collect it. This notice also details how I store your information, how long I retain it, and how I dispose of it. Additionally, it contains advice on how to keep your data safe while communicating with me online.
