My name is Roxy Linh-McCormack. I am a qualified Pluralistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist who works with adults (18+) face-to-face in Dumfries and Online. 

You're possibly considering making changes in your life or looking for some support to address difficulties holding you back. 

You may be experiencing low self-esteem, having difficulty managing emotions or feeling dissatisfied in your relationships. 

You might be struggling following one or multiple traumatic experiences or having difficulty coping with life or the loss/death of someone. It can be too difficult for some people to articulate exactly what is impacting you. 

Counselling provides an opportunity to discuss your life and the challenges you face with someone who can help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings.

I believe that everyone can benefit from a safe and confidential space to explore challenging thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. I will listen with compassion and help you understand better whatever you are experiencing.
