I offer a free 20-minute exploratory consultation to discuss your therapy goals and preferences.

Counselling and psychotherapy sessions take place in my own private space in Grierson House, The Crichton, Dumfries, providing a non clinical and supportive environment for mental health support.

Sessions for mental health support are available via Zoom. I will ensure a private link is sent in advance of our pluralistic counselling and psychotherapy sessions.

Generous 90 Minute sessions can be made available if required.

A limited number of concessionary appointments are available during the daytime for those who are in receipt of Universal Credit or for Counselling students seeking mental health support through pluralistic counselling or psychotherapy.
